This gorgeous piece of furniture was originally made by THESEIRA furniture company in Malaysia 🇲🇾!!

It’s beautiful detailing is something you rarely see on modern day flat pack furniture giving this piece so much character and dimension.

It is constructed from solid wood and the drawer boasts dove tail joints to emphasise its robustness and quality in craftsmanship.

I have sanded this full piece back to remove its original dark wood finish that I felt was dated and not in keeping with our modern day trends but the style and characteristics of this piece deserved a new look to allow someone else to enjoy its beauty for years to come.

I chose to refinish this console in a statement colour from the Al fresco range from Frenchic paint - ‘hot as mustard’ this is one of their limited edition paint shades and it’s just gorgeous, bold and uplifting!

It features a lovely sized central drawer that has been lined with a complementary drawer liner and the exposed wood has been nourished with feed and wax to boost that new wood look and smell😍🍊

The full piece has been top coated using Frenchic’s ’top tuff coat’ for protection and durability. The drawer handle has been replaced with a more modern puttered style square handle in the shade brushed bronze to add to the designer and polished look.
